The Board consists of eight members. They are a mix of specialist appointments and representatives from Church bodies.
Brendan O’Donovan is the Licensed Independent Trustee of the Scheme and a member of the Board. Some of his key roles are to:
- Oversee and protect the interests of members.
- Monitor the management and administration of the scheme.
- Reduce the risk of the Trustee facing a conflict of interest between the interests of members and other groups (e.g. Anglican Church, employers).
